While the cover art tells you a lot, a short description follows:

The President of the United State is in the final days of his second term in office.  He should be packing his books and papers, getting ready to make way for his duly elected replacement.

Instead, he has a plan that will let him hold onto the power and the trappings of the Oval Office for as long as he wants them. 

All it will cost is the sacrifice of millions of American lives. 

But that doesn’t matter to him.  He has a need to rule.  He has a drive to control.  He has The Unquenchable Thirst for power.

As the author, I stopped actively marketing this book after 9/11, because of some of the methods described in it.  However, due to the number of people who have encouraged me to make it available again, and since my reason for writing it was to deliver a message about the need for vigilance, I am putting it back on the market.
